Care Instructions

We strongly recommend that you turn the shirt or hoodie inside out before washing. Wash on delicate cycle with cold or warm water. hang dry or dry using low heat (tumble dry). iron apparel inside out on low heat setting. never apply heat directly to graphic area (unless you want to purchase another really soon). 

Shipping Information

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. During periods of high demand please allow up to 7-10 business days for your package to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Currently, we are only shipping domestically. 

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail. Returns must be made made within 30 days of the order shipment date to be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Additionally, hats, skullies, and beanies cannot be exchanged or returned due to sanitary reasons. IF a return or exchange is needed, please email us at orders@melaninaintacrime.com to initiate process. 

All items bought with a discount code are non-refundable.
